From Clever Girl via the ReadyMade blog, here is an awesome reinvention of a men’s oxford shirt. I would totally make this AND wear it!

From ReadyMade:

Second hand stores are usually brimming with oversized men’s shirts, some with grand patterns and plaids that are just too rad to pass up. Rather then leave them on the rack, think of these extra-large oxfords as bolts of fabric-and refashion them into feminine, pin-tucked tunics à la blogger Clever Girl. She used a Simplicity pattern (New Look 6239) to transform dad’s old button-down into a cute new top.

Anyone have any old men’s shirts they’d like to donate to the cause? (Not shirts belonging to an old man, persay, but shirts that are no longer of use to a man.)
